About the event
Stress and mental health concerns have never been more of an issue for teens than they are right now - mental health concerns for teens have gotten the attention of both the Surgeon General and the American Academy of Pediatrics, and as parents, they likely have your concerns as well. But, there’s also a lot you can do; with proper coping skills your teen can learn to cop e with the added stress effectively, and have the best chance possible to avoid unhealthy consequences like anxiety disorders, substance use, or eating disorders. Join Dr. Aaron Weiner for an overview of useful coping skills supported by modern science, and practice several of these skills during the live webinar that you and your teen can use.
Dr. Weiner is a board-certified Psychologist and addiction specialist, and speaks nationally on the topics of behavioral health and addiction.
You will receive the link to join when you RSVP.
